Q: How does Elevy protect me from the financial risk of a renovation?

A: Elevy will provide you with a full execution plan in which we will make sure to allocate the right amount of renovations needed to unlock the maximum equity. In every asset there's a comparable amount of similar homes sold in the area from where you can get a very clear idea of what the sale price will be. Elevy can minimize risk but not eliminate it completely.
