If there's a need for additional cash to move forward the project, we work alongside our financial partners that can allocate the necessary funds via a Short-term second mortgage on the property. We then manage the renovation to unlock the value, stage it and get it sold. If you have a realtor, that’s great! If you don't, we can act as your realtor and complete the cycle 100%.

Q: How does Elevy protect me from the financial risk of a renovation?

A: Elevy will provide you with a full execution plan in which we will make sure to allocate the right amount of renovations needed to unlock the maximum equity. In every asset there's a comparable amount of similar homes sold in the area from where you can get a very clear idea of what the sale price will be. Elevy can minimize risk but not eliminate it completely.
